Payment:
If paying by personal check, please allow 10 working days for the check to clear. After your check clears, your order will be shipped the next business day. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 non-refundable returned check fee.
Cashiers checks-be sure to include ALL required information.
Purchases:
Due to the nature of many of the products included in our baskets such as perishables, all purchases are final unless otherwise noted. If item is defective or damaged, you may contact us for a replacement. Please see below for more information on defective/damaged items.
Returns:
We do not accept returns. If you are truly unhappy with our product, you may ask for store credit or an exchange.
Damaged/Defective Items:
If your gift arrives damaged or items are defective, you may contact us for a replacement. Please e-mail us with your order # and name and we will gladly replace your items.
Shipping:
For any ready made gift baskets or other items in stock, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. If you are ordering a custom gift basket or if you are adding items that are not normally stocked, please allow 3 weeks for delivery. NOTE: Due to warm weather, some of your items may be replaced before shipping due to them possibly melting in transit. You will be notified of the substitution before shipping.
Out of stock items:
If items are out of stock including those included in our ready made gift baskets, you will be contacted and asked to choose a replacement within 48 hours of ordering so we can ship your order right away.
Packaging:
All of our gift baskets are wrapped in cello basket wrap and ribbon with gift tag and packaged carefully for shipping in a box. If ordering separate items, you may request that the items be gift wrapped. Please include the information in the "notes" field at checkout.
